1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and kkdb1 ("kkdb1", "we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of your use of the kkdb1 website located at kkdb1.io, including all associated services, features, content, games, sports betting markets, payment processing, promotional programmes, and customer support channels (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the kkdb1 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the kkdb1 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the binding contract between you and kkdb1. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register an account and use the kkdb1 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kkdb1 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-natural legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from kkdb1 or from any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be accessing the Platform for the purposes of research, monitoring, or competitive intelligence on behalf of a third-party gambling operator.
• You must confirm that gambling with real money is not prohibited under the laws of your local jurisdiction to the extent that you understand them.

kkdb1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during your account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of your first withdrawal request, and at any time a verification review is triggered by platform activity. Accepted documents for age and identity verification include government-issued national identity cards (NID), passports, and official birth certificates. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in a verification request will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.

Where kkdb1 determines or suspects that a user is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use may be forfeited. kkdb1 reports confirmed cases of underage gambling to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with any resulting investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active player account on the kkdb1 platform at any given time. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers are used — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Your date of birth
• A valid email address that you own and control
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered in your own name
• A chosen username and a strong, unique password
• Your city and division of residence within Bangladesh

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any of the information you provided changes after registration — including your mobile number, email address, or city of residence — you must update your account profile promptly or contact the kkdb1 support team to request the change. kkdb1 will not be liable for any loss, missed communication, or service interruption arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, use a third party's credentials to access the Platform, or permit any other individual to use your account to place wagers or access your funds. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you, and you will bear full responsibility for all resulting outcomes, including financial losses, bonus disqualification, and potential account suspension.

kkdb1 operates a strict one-account-per-household policy. Where multiple accounts are found to share a physical address, IP address range, or payment method, kkdb1 reserves the right to investigate and take action, up to and including account closure and balance forfeiture, where abuse is established.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kkdb1 platform — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kkdb1 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Players are not required to perform any currency conversion.

Deposits: The following payment methods are supported for deposits on kkdb1:

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount and any applicable daily or monthly deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method, account verification status, and VIP tier. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your kkdb1 wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.

Withdrawals: To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified, your account balance must exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500, and any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be fully satisfied. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible. kkdb1 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used by the account holder.

kkdb1 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals once the request has been approved by the payments team. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on the recipient bank. kkdb1 does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kkdb1 bears no responsibility.

kkdb1 reserves the right to request additional identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance measure and is not indicative of any suspicion of wrongdoing. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 business days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kkdb1 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms stated at the point of each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting and crash games contribute at rates specified per promotion. Games excluded from wagering contribution are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Minimum Odds: Where a bonus is applied to sports betting, a minimum odds requirement (typically 1.50 or above) applies to qualifying bets. Wagers placed at odds below the minimum will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated at the point of issuance, typically 7 to 30 calendar days. Unused bonus credit and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawable amount derived from a single bonus is capped at 10x the original bonus value or ৳20,000, whichever is lower.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active will result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus and its associated wagering progress.
• Bonus Abuse: kkdb1 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including patterns consistent with low-risk matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated use of bonuses across multiple accounts. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

kkdb1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus credits already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the kkdb1 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant help sections of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at kkdb1's sole discretion. kkdb1 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at any time, including in cases of technical errors, odds feed disruptions, or where a wager is suspected to be placed in bad faith.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by kkdb1 where the event to which it relates is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, or where the odds were published in material error. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account.
• Cricket Markets: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Rain rules, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, and super-over results are honoured as official results. In-play cricket betting is subject to a brief delay imposed by the live data feed — the odds displayed represent the best available real-time market position but may be suspended momentarily during significant match events.
• Live Casino: Live casino games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi are governed by the rules of those respective studios as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during live play, the outcome determined by the game server at the time of the disconnection shall stand.
• Slots and RNG Games: All slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified, independently audited random number generators. kkdb1 does not manipulate game outcomes. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game details panel.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkdb1 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under the name, identity documents, or payment details of another person
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or identity verification
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to all users through the standard interface
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair financial advantage; any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error are subject to forfeiture and must be reported to kkdb1 immediately upon discovery
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee a profit at the expense of kkdb1 or other users
• Engaging in any form of matched betting or arbitrage activity using kkdb1 bonus funds
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to kkdb1 systems, databases, or the accounts of other users
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory conduct directed at kkdb1 staff or other platform users via any support or communication channel
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where kkdb1 has not authorised service provision

kkdb1 employs a multi-layered fraud detection and AML compliance framework. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by the kkdb1 compliance team. kkdb1 reserves the right to freeze account balances for up to 180 days during an active investigation before reaching a final determination. During this period, no withdrawal requests will be processed.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the kkdb1 platform — including but not limited to the kkdb1 brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, promotional material, game thumbnails, data compilations, software, APIs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of kkdb1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kkdb1 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from kkdb1
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
• Use the kkdb1 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without express written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any purpose

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed additionally by that studio's own licence terms.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

kkdb1 is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered players and website visitors. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed in full by the kkdb1 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

By creating an account and using the Services, you consent to kkdb1 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of:

• Account creation, identity verification, and age verification
• Processing financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer
• Providing customer support and responding to account-related enquiries

10 Responsible Gaming

We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered kkdb1 players and can be accessed directly from the account dashboard without requiring a support request:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or bonuses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues outside kkdb1's reasonable control
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, whether or not kkdb1 provided advance notice
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials
• Any reliance placed by you on information, odds, statistics, or promotional material published on the Platform
• Loss arising from the use of third-party payment services, including delays, errors, or charges imposed by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners
• Any error in game content provided by a third-party game studio, including incorrect RTP display, rule display errors, or in-game malfunction

kkdb1's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit kkdb1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kkdb1 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content or feature of the Platform beyond what is required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

12 Amendments to These Terms

kkdb1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kkdb1 will notify registered users by email to the address associated with their account and by displaying a prominent notice on the kkdb1 homepage for a period of not less than 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, formatting adjustments, and clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party — may be published without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account and arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued under the previous version of the Terms prior to the effective date of the amendment.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of online platform terms of service as applied in the digital gaming industry. kkdb1 operates as a safe and reliable platform and commits to resolving all player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

The final determination will be communicated to you in writing and will include a full explanation of the reasoning applied.
